This is my rule of thumb for most foods where similar choices are available, almost as though I were the antithesis to vegetarianism. It isn't that I don't like vegetables, but I think I prefer them not congregating too closely with meats wherein a bite of something will introduce a little of both to my mouth. Maybe that's strange. But then I can just add it to the list of my strange eating tendencies.
I started playing Far Cry 3 a couple of days ago, finally, after having it recommended to me by a few people and seeing lots of good things about it since it came out a year ago. Despite some concerns regarding skill and weapon progression (I feel like I'm going to have all the skills and weapons unlocked well before finishing the story, which isn't the worst thing in the world) I feel like this is a game crafted by the able hands of Jesus Christ after descending to our plane from heaven and announcing that he was going to make "the most bitchingest game in the world." I'm going full sneak-mode as I am wont to do when the choice presents itself, sniping and bowing pirates when applicable, and it feels pretty great. There's a sense of adrenaline there, being stranded on a tropical island filled with people out for your head and various animals out for your blood, but the game does a good job of making you feel like a predator, too. The only other game I can think of off-hand with a similar general feel to it would be Arkham City (sans the combat and combos), and you all know
how I feel about that. I'm going to do my best to let it not get in the way of making comics, but I can't make any guarantees that I'll physically be able to do anything about it.
On a similar note, I'm going to be shooting for Monday and Friday updates. I've been working pretty consistently on comics and obviously they'll get done when they're done, but it'd be really nice to get back on a schedule. I'll also hopefully be taking some time to figure out commission things in the near future, but determining prices for that kind of thing is kind of hard to do, since time is a huge factor and it's difficult to determine how long something will take to do before I actually do it. I'd try sending an email to future Isaiah, but that jerk never gets back to me in a timely manner.
