Last week was a week of weddings. And by that, I mean two. The first was my sister's, so that was pretty exciting. It was a long time coming, so everyone is really happy for them. The second was a friend from school. It was kind of weird to be at a wedding and a reception with a bunch of people I went to high school with, but it was nice to see a lot of them again for such a great occasion. Both of the weddings were great--congratulations to both couples.
This comic was born of a realization I had when the latter couple was opening their gifts. When I was a kid, I never saw the significance of getting kitchen utensils or things to decorate a house with. But when I watched them open their presents, I was seriously pretty envious of those exact things. I think that means I'm a grown-up now, or something.
